Last week, I had this strong craving for Indian food. A friend of mine told me about a nice and inexpensive restaurant in downtown Toulouse and walking distance from Place du Capitole. L'Arsenal describes itself as a restaurant that specialises in Franco-Indian cuisine. The merging of these two cuisines sounds bizarre but I tell you no lie that this was one of the best restaurants that I have ever visited in Toulouse.
My main dish was lamb and potatoes and they were both cooked to perfection. My friend ordered a sweet potatoes puree with chicken that was ten times better than my meal and my meal was heavenly! I cannot wait to return to try the other dishes.
